dh99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the dh99 website or platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the dh99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the dh99 platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and dh99. dh99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2Eligibility

• You are not acting as an agent for, or otherwise associated with, any organisation involved in illegal or fraudulent activity.

dh99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any balances held.

3Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money features on dh99, you must complete the registration process in full. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree that:

• Each person may hold only one registered account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be merged or closed without notice.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dh99 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Account verification (KYC) may be requested at any time. You agree to provide government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership when requested.
• dh99 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account to any third party.

dh99 may conduct enhanced due diligence checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of withdrawal requests. Cooperation with these checks is a condition of continued platform access.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dh99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dh99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. By initiating a transaction on the platform, you confirm that the payment method used is registered in your own name and that the funds are from a legitimate source.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment method selected and are displayed in your account at the time of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity and payment method verification. dh99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification checks.
• dh99 does not charge platform-side fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made to dh99 may only be withdrawn after any applicable wagering requirements have been met. Bonus funds are subject to additional rollover conditions as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• dh99 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's mobile banking provider. Processing times quoted on the platform are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Any funds found to be the proceeds of unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be permanently suspended. dh99 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to money laundering and financial crime.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

dh99 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your dh99 account and must be activated within the validity period stated in the bonus terms. Bonuses not activated within the validity period expire automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before a new bonus can be activated.
• dh99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Any bonus granted in error will be cancelled and the associated funds removed from the player's account.
• Free spins granted as part of a bonus are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash.

dh99 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, the use of automated software, or any other means intended to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms will have their bonus cancelled and may face permanent account suspension.

6Responsible Gaming

dh99 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all users. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — players may configure notifications alerting them when they have been logged in for a specified period of time.
• Self-exclusion — players may request temporary or permanent exclusion from the dh99 platform by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period has elapsed.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dh99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or using more than one dh99 account, including through the use of aliases, third-party identities or false documentation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform's systems.
• Exploiting any software fault, error or vulnerability in the platform's games or systems. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a known or unknown system fault are null and void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including chip-dumping, coordinated betting or any form of team play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of crime, money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

dh99 actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, dh99 may freeze account balances pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any refund of deposits, bonuses or wagered amounts.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the dh99 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall compilation and arrangement of the platform, is the property of dh99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any content from the dh99 platform without the prior written consent of dh99. Any unauthorised use of dh99 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dh99 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill arising from your use of or reliance on the dh99 platform.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures or events beyond dh99's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to log out of a shared or public device, or from failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

dh99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding bonus funds.

10Account Suspension and Termination

dh99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of that right, the following circumstances may give rise to suspension or termination:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct rules in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, money laundering or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Request by the player to close the account, including self-exclusion requests submitted via customer support.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play, may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11Privacy and Data Protection

dh99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering on dh99, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the delivery of the platform's services.

dh99 implements SSL encryption across all platform connections and maintains server-side security measures to protect player data from unauthorised access. dh99 does not sell personal player data to third parties. Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to any legal obligations that require dh99 to retain specific records.

12Amendments to These Terms

dh99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, dh99 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. Where it is not reasonably practicable to provide advance notice, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the dh99 platform that cannot be resolved informally through dh99 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.
